SHIPPING POLICY
Orders purchased at Mondo Infinito.Clothing are prepared once payment has been confirmed from:
Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 19:00pm

*Orders made outside these hours will be processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays.
Once the order is placed, the client will receive an email with the purchase confirmation.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost for orders made in SPAIN (Balearic Islands and Canary Islands included) is:
- 6,00€

For international orders, the shipping fees are:
- Europe: 11,00€
​
- Outside Europe (EEUU, Oceania, Asia, Africa): shipping fees will be calculated by weight.
RETURN& EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Boltons Collection we accept returns within 15 working days of receiving the order.

The returned item/s must be in perfect condition and with its respective label.
​
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of receiving a defective or incorrect product, please notify us of the incident to mondoinfinito.clothing@gmail.com, and within 24 hours from receipt of the package.
The Boltons Collection team will contact you to proceed with the corresponding return or exchange.
